These fees apply where the mediation takes place in the U.K. Where the mediation takes place abroad the fees are subject to negotiation.

Up to £1 Million

Our mediators will work anywhere in the UK for the same fee of £1500 per party for a one-day (up to eight hours) mediation where the value of the dispute is up to and including £1 million (10am to 6pm). (Standard boundary and rights of way disputes are set at this rate). Over-time is charged at the rate of £150 per hour per party.

£1 Million – £3 Million

Where the value of the dispute is over £1 million but less than £5 million the fee for a one-day (up to eight hours) mediation is £2000 per party. Over-time is charged at the rate of £200 per hour per party.

£3 million or over

Where the value of the dispute is £10m or over the fees are subject to negotiation.
