Eur Ing Dr Phebe Mann is a civil and commercial mediator (accredited by the ADR Group) dealing with boundary, party wall, property, landlord and tenant, construction cases.
For many years Phebe teaches in various areas of property law construction contract and tort and also runs workshops in mediation at universities’ civil engineering and surveying courses.
Phebe is a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Civil Engineer, and was appointed by the Lord Chancellor to sit at the Agricultural Land Tribunal for Wales as a professional panel member (drainage).
Phebe has been named as one of the top 50 women in engineering by the Women’s Engineering Society and The Telegraph newspaper and was the winner of WISE Woman of Outstanding Achievement Tomorrow's Leader Award 2011. Phebe is a mentor of the Department of Land Economy, University of Cambridge.
