As a Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Civil Engineer and Chartered Construction Manager Phebe has extensive experience, in construction management and contracts, landlord and tenant (commercial and residential), areas of property law, issues involving boundaries, party walls, rights of way and easements, restrictive covenants, co-ownership and other areas of land law.
